Your enquiry details.
How the founder handles an offer of land, funding, equipment or partnership.
How the information is used.
Barrie Hornby, founder of The Sanctuary Project, is responsible for the information you submit. Your message, any name or email you choose to provide, and any optional site or organisation details are used to assess the offer, reply and record agreed next steps. The basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in handling voluntary project enquiries.
A submission without a name or email may still be accompanied by technical metadata, such as network logs, and cannot be promised complete anonymity. If you leave no contact details, we cannot reply; please retain your enquiry reference. Only the founder and authorised people helping assess an offer should have access. The live site is designed to store enquiries with Cloudflare. We will seek your agreement before passing your introduction to another prospective partner. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Unsuccessful and inactive enquiries are reviewed for removal after six months. An ongoing agreement may require a separate record. To ask for access, correction, deletion or to object to processing, use the project enquiry form and mark your message “Privacy request”. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
