Land wanted

YOUR LAND COULD BECOME A LEGACY.

Somewhere in Britain is a piece of land that could become the foundation of practical independence, British heritage and meaningful community service. Could it be yours?

WHY YOUR LAND MATTERS

NOT JUST
A LAND OFFER.
A NATIONAL LEGACY.

We are seeking the first landowner who sees the potential in this mission: a working base for practical independence, heritage learning, capable people and future community service.

A field, smallholding, woodland edge or underused rural site could provide the first foothold, provided its access and use are suitable. Our first infrastructure would be modest, portable where appropriate, and built around responsible stewardship.

We will not promise instant transformation. We will show our work, document progress and make the contribution meaningful.

WHAT THE SITE ENABLES

Independent systems

Portable accommodation where appropriate, solar generation, battery storage, water and practical workspace.

WHO IT COULD BENEFIT

Capable communities

Future qualified partnerships for safeguarding awareness, preparedness, heritage learning and mentoring.

WHAT THE LANDOWNER RECEIVES

A credible proposal

Site assessment, agreed terms, responsible stewardship and visible progress rather than vague promises.

Landowners of every size

There is more than one way to help.

A discreet corner of a rural estate, an unused field, a woodland edge, a smallholding or a larger site could all be worth discussing. No minimum acreage and no obligation to proceed.

Gift land

Offer a permanent home, subject to appropriate arrangements.

Loan or licence

Allow agreed use while retaining ownership.

Temporary trial

Explore a short, written and permission-compliant arrangement.

Lease or sale

Discuss terms or a possible future acquisition.

Estate partnership

Consider a suitable, private portion of a larger holding.

Make an introduction

Know someone with land? A conversation is a useful start.

All offers are subject to suitability, access, landowner consent, planning rules and agreed legal terms. Seclusion alone does not confer permission for residential or other uses.

A parcel of land. A lasting contribution.

Whether offered through a gift, a loan, a licence, a trial, a lease, a partnership or an introductory arrangement, a suitable site can become the practical beginning of heritage education, low-impact self-reliance and community service.
